Flow Cytometry Data

FCS files from basic characterization of hiPSC-derived endoderm, ectoderm, and mesoderm differentiated by two commercially available protocols and their undifferentiated counterparts. Stainings were performed according to the protocol described in the corresponding manuscript. Secondly, FCS files from Definitive Endoderm differentiation in the process of Branching Lung Organoid generation are included. Finally, FCS files from Hematopoietic Progenitor Cell (HPC) generation of three different cell lines (iPSC, IMR90, KOLF2.1J) are part of this dataset. These include single, double and triple stainings of specific HPC antibodies.
