This series contains registers that record the following information: application number; applicant; description of building; situation; date considered by Council, action (approved or refused) and result (started and finished); whether land was subdivided, a new dwelling, shops and dwellings, factories and workshops, garages, stables, additions to dwellings or factories, or awnings and miscellaneous; estimated value; and fees.The last volume 1941-1949 also contains records of building and subdivisions created by the Municipality of Marrickville for the years 1952-1957.
