《食品安全检测方法知识元库》是中国知网研制的新一代方法学知识服务产品。产品以“严格食品安全监管，完善食品安全检验检测体系，加强食品安全风险监测”的战略要求为指导，以助力食品检测技术人员及科研用户高效获取检测方法为目标，以“检测方法”为核心，以“问题”为导向，通过权威的知识体系梳理、精准的内容挖掘标引、科学的评价排序推荐，构建了服务于食品行业相关用户完整、系统、便捷、高效的食品安全检测方法查询系统。

Knowledge Meta-Database for Food Safety Testing Methods is a new-generation methodological knowledge service product developed by CNKI. Guided by the strategic requirements of "strictly enforcing food safety supervision, improving the food safety inspection and testing system, and strengthening food safety risk monitoring", this product aims to assist food testing technicians and research users in efficiently accessing testing methods. Centered on "testing methods" and problem-oriented, it has constructed a complete, systematic, convenient and efficient query system for food safety testing methods serving relevant stakeholders in the food industry through authoritative knowledge system organization, precise content mining and indexing, as well as scientific evaluation, ranking and recommendation.
