During non-invasive ventilation, a simulated lung, different types of leak valves, a single channel breathing tube, and a ventilator are sequentially connected. The ventilator ventilation mode adopts a dual level pressure, and the combination of inspiratory pressure/expiratory pressure (IP/EP) is 8-40/4-12cmH2O, with a frequency of 12 times/min. The experiment starts with the lowest pressure combination IP/EP: 8/4 cmH2O, and each experiment increases IP or EP2cmH2O in sequence. The highest pressure combination is IP/EP: 40/12cmH2O. After each pressure combination IP/EP ventilation, observe the changes in tidal volume of the ventilator. When the tidal volume variation rate is less than 5%, continuously record the tidal volume, leakage volume, and minute ventilation volume displayed on the ventilator for 8 respiratory cycles; During the experimental process, the position of the simulated lung is fixed to ensure that its compliance is not affected by external factors and the ventilation effect is stable.
