Supplementary data files for the research paper entitled "The evolution of fangs, venom and mimicry systems in blenny fishes"

There are three data files that relate to the paper entitled "The evolution of fangs, venom and mimicry systems in blenny fishes". Files S1 and S2 are fasta files that contain the assembled contigs from the Meiacanthus atrodorsalis venom gland transcriptome (File S1) and the Plagiotremus tapeinosoma control transcriptome (File S2). File S3 is an excel spreadsheet that contains the proteomic data generated from Meiacanthus grammistes venom and the results of its annotation with sequence databases and the translated transcriptome datasets.
