Single cell crops from the LiveCell dataset

This dataset contains single-cell image crops derived from the LiveCell dataset (doi:10.1038/s41592-021-01249-6). The crops were generated by extracting the bounding boxes from the original LiveCell fields of views and applying the corresponding segmentation masks provided by the LiveCell authors. Each crop contains the original pixel intensity values within the segmented cell, while pixels outside the cell are set to zero. The bounding boxes are sized to the smallest possible dimensions that fully enclose all pixels belonging to each segmented cell.
