Linum usitatissimum L. is one of the most important cash crops in the world, the quality of agronomic traits influences the yield and quality of flax. The research on molecular biology of flax is relatively backward, compared with the major crops such as rice, wheat and maize, and few studies on the identification of agronomic traits related genes have been reported.In order to find the molecular markers and candidate genes for important agronomic traits of flax genetic improvement, 224 samples of flax core germplasm as experimental materials, the investigation of three different environment of plant height, branch number, long process, fruit number and 1000-grain weight of the 13 traits of the phenotypic data, using the Specific-locus Amplified Fragment Sequencing(SLAF-seq)for Genome-wide association study(GWAS)of the 13 characters , and screening of SNPs loci and candidate genes significantly associated with important traits of flax.
