Ultra-high Resolution Fourier-transform Ion Cyclotron Resonance Mass Spectrum data from Deep-Water Oil Degradation Microcosms

This dataset investigates the biodegradation of oil, dispersant, dispersed oil or dispersed oil and nutrients at the molecular level using ultra-high resolution Fourier-transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (FT-ICR-MS). This dataset was generated through laboratory microcosm experiments using amended water collected from a natural hydrocarbon seepage area at ~1200m depth.
