This BioProject contains 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing data (V3-V4 region) generated to characterize soil bacterial communities in Pb-contaminated paddy soil subjected to integrated remediation with FeMg-LDH@bentonite (FMLB) and compost. A total of 21 soil samples were collected from an incubation experiment including an original/uncontaminated reference soil and Pb-contaminated treatments with different amendment conditions. DNA was extracted and amplified with primers 338F/806R, and paired-end sequencing (PE300) was performed on an Illumina MiSeq platform. The dataset supports analyses of bacterial community composition and diversity in relation to Pb bioavailability and soil environmental indicators.
