Pollen and macrofloral analysis were conducted on a single hearth
recovered from a probable Formative Stage wickiup cluster/hamlet and/or
Numic/Ute wickiup in western Colorado. The site is located approximately 10
miles south of Rangely. Pollen and macrofloral analyses concentrated on
identification of subsistence data.
