Dependence and provenance evidence for a single-station KD evaluation

This artifact contains de-identified cell-level records, analysis code, dependence-sensitivity outputs, S6 anomaly diagnostics, Method D provenance records, and SHA-256 manifests supporting the Reviewer 2 response for Access-2026-37516. It reproduces derived statistical analyses from distributed values.
