资源简介:
Note: For the 139 candidate genes, 10,649 SNPs were selected based on physical annotation (build 37). Bonferonni corrected p-value = 3.76E-06 (0.05/2,663+10,649 SNPs). For the continuous variables (i.e. global health/quality of life; emotional functioning; cognitive functioning; fatigue; pain; dyspnoea; and insomnia) linear regressions were performed. For the dichotomized variables (i.e. physical functioning; role functioning; social functioning; nausea and vomiting; appetite loss; constipation; diarrhea; financial difficulties) we used logistic regression analyses. Chr = chromosome; Position = position of the chromosome; Minor/major = minor and major alleles based on forward strand and minor allele frequencies in Europeans; MAF = minor allele frequency over all European controls in iCOGS; Beta = beta value for the minor allele relative to the major allele; SE = standard error; p = p-value.a = cognitive functioning was transformed by using square root transformation [√(101-raw score)] ranging from 1–10, with low scores having a better cognitive functioning, therefore the direction of the relation is reversed.Relation between quality of life and the single nucleotide polymorphisms selected by physical annotation (n = 10,649).
