Evaluation of disaster resilience in Guangdong, China based on the multilevel hybrid evaluation model (MHEM)

This dataset includes the indicator system of disaster resilience evaluation in Guangdong, China and the code of the multilevel hybrid evaluation model (MHEM). The resilience evaluation indicator values are the mean values in 2015–2016. The MHEM is a new combination evaluation method that combines multiple weighting methods and indicator integration methods to determine the result with the highest consistency.
