The isolated strain is a monoxenic symbiotic bacteria and considered to be normal inhabitant of entomopatogenic nematode of family Stinernematedae. This bacterial strain is Gram negative f. anaerobic bacteria, produce wide variety of natural antibiotics that inhibit vast majority of pathogenic bacteria. This project is targeting isolation of protein antibiotic that can control and treat the human and animal infection with MARSA bacteria.
