Regulatory mechanism of FOXS1 gene expression in VICs [ChIP-seq]. VICs

The transcription factor FOXS1 is essential in CAVD. Although the functional mechanisms of FOXS1 are well studied so far, the regulatory mechanism of FOXS1 expression in VICs remains to be elucidated. To explore the role of FOXS1 in the occurrence and development of CAVD in VICs, we explored the binding site of FOXS1 by co-immunoprecipitation combined with high-throughput sequencing.
