单纯从发稿量来统计山东省媒体传播情况难免有些片面,为了将山东省媒体影响力数据指标量化呈现,本系统通过统一的指标对山东省媒体发布稿件的效果具象化,分析整个省份媒体的传播影响力。得到具体数值后,为山东省媒体报告统计分析、绩效考核、排行比对等工作提供数据支撑。媒体传播力取值综合考量媒体原创文章数量,媒体被转载数量,媒体最高被转载次数,转载媒体自身的权重四个维度,并对四个维度设置了对应的权重值,得出媒体影响力。 具体公式如下: 媒体传播力=0.25*(0.4*Math.Log(转载文章次数+1,Math.E) +0.45*Math.Log(原创文章数+1,Math.E) + 0.15*Math.Log(单篇文章最高次数+1,Math.E) ) +0.25*( 0.7*Math.Log(转载文章篇数+1,Math.E) + 0.3*Math.Log(单篇文章最高篇数+1,Math.E) )+0.4* Math.Log(媒体权重(自己这个媒体)+1,Math.E) * (原创文章数>0 取1否则取0)0.1 *Math.Log(发稿量+1,Math.E) 媒体传播力数值>0,媒体传播力数值越低,说明该媒体在选定时间范围内,传播力越差;反之,数值越高,说明该媒体在选定时间范围,传播力越强。
Merely counting the media communication status of Shandong Province based solely on the number of published articles inevitably leads to one-sided results. To quantitatively present the data indicators of media influence in Shandong Province, this system uses unified metrics to quantify the effect of articles published by media outlets in Shandong and analyze the overall communication influence of media across the province. After obtaining specific numerical values, it provides data support for work such as statistical analysis of media reports, performance appraisal, and ranking comparison in Shandong Province.
The calculation of media communication influence comprehensively considers four dimensions: the number of original articles published by the media, the total number of times the media's articles are reposted, the highest number of reposts for a single article of the media, and the weight of the reposting media itself. Corresponding weight values are assigned to these four dimensions to derive the media's influence. The specific formula is as follows:
Media Communication Influence = 0.25*(0.4*Math.Log(Number of Reposted Articles + 1, Math.E) + 0.45*Math.Log(Number of Original Articles + 1, Math.E) + 0.15*Math.Log(Highest Single Article Repost Count + 1, Math.E)) + 0.25*(0.7*Math.Log(Number of Reposted Articles + 1, Math.E) + 0.3*Math.Log(Highest Single Article Repost Count + 1, Math.E)) + 0.4*Math.Log(Media Self-Weight + 1, Math.E) * (1 if Number of Original Articles > 0 else 0) + 0.1*Math.Log(Total Published Articles + 1, Math.E)
When the Media Communication Influence value is greater than 0, the lower the value, the weaker the communication influence of the media within the selected time period; conversely, the higher the value, the stronger the communication influence of the media within the selected time period.
