Der vorliegende Text erläutert das Verständnis des Integrativen Ansatzes zum Umgang mit „Coaching Tools“ und beschreibt die Bedeutung der Prozessualität und der wahrgenommenen Phänomene im Coaching. Es werden Terminologien wie Theorien, Methoden, Verfahren und Techniken vor dem Hintergrund des Integrativen Ansatzes erläutert und wesentliche Grundprinzipien der praxeologischen Arbeit im Integrativen Coaching vorgestellt. This text illustrates the understanding of the use of coaching tools in the Integrative Approach and describes the importance of process-orientation and perceived phenomena in coaching sessions.
