Assemblies of different endophytic bacterial genomes identified from the genomic reads of high yielding Rice varieties

Computational identification of endophytic bacteria from different high yielding Rice varieties like Takanari and Tongil genomic reads. Reconstruction of the draft genomes of the identified endophytic bacterial genomes and their annotation was done.
