Research data for "Total X-ray Illumination for Absolute Quantification of Crystalline Phases and Amorphous Content in PVDF and P(VDF-TrFE)" Data recorded for this study from the following experiments is presented: * X-ray diffraction (XRD); instrument: D8, Bruker * Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC); instrument: Discovery DSC 2500, TA Instruments * Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy in attenuated total reflectance (ATR) mode; instrument: iS50, Thermo Fisher Scientific Further, TOPAS source code to analyse the XRD data through sequential Rietveld refinement, and the relevant outputs generated by the process (temperature-wise computed phase content), are presented. The data is organised into different directories by experiment type. The individual readme files present in these directories describe how to interpret the data files (file format, column headers, etc.).
