Transcriptome sequencing was carried out by collecting samples of Serangium japonicum that fed Corcyra cephalonica eggs and Bemisia tabaci nymphs in larval stage, and the differences in gene expression and nutrient metabolism between Serangium japonicum that ate Corcyra cephalonica eggs and Bemisia tabaci were analyzed, which provided theoretical support for large-scale propagation of natural enemy ladybird by using alternative feed.
