Pigments of wild mushrooms studied by Raman spectroscopy

A dataset for the article "Pigments of wild mushrooms studied by Raman spectroscopy" submitted Journal of Raman spectroscopy.All Raman spectra are provided as text files consisting of two columns. The first column is the wavenumber (cm-1), and the second one is Raman intensity. Each file name reflects the species under investigation and the conditions of acquisition. The label Dx denotes the optical density of the filter used to attenuate the laser beam. The full power (D0) is equivalent to 5 mW on the sample; D1 indicates a reduction by a factor of 101, yielding a power of 0.5 mW. The terms x50 or x100 refer to the magnification of the objective used. AxBs relates to the acquisition time: we stayed for A seconds on each spectral point and used B repetitions to obtain averaged spectrum.All spectra were baseline corrected to remove fluorescent background (files labelled "processed"). Uncorrected raw spectra are also available (files labelled "raw"). These spectra were directly acquired from the spectrometer, following division by Instrumental_Function.txt to account for the transmission characteristics of the longpass filter.
