Wheat root microbiome affected by microalgal biomass and mineral fertilizers

The dataset contains 16S rRNA gene Illumina amplicon data of bacterial communities present in microalgal biomass harvested from a High Rate Algae Pond (HRAP) used for the treatment of urban wastewater, and from the rhizosphere and roots of wheat fertilized either with microalgal biomass or a mineral fertilizer. Non-fertilized controls were included in the dataset. Wheat plants were cultured in a controlled greenhouse pot experiment.The potting soil microbiome was analysed in parallel.
