This dataset is named 'Annotated Clinical Texts from MIMIC', developed by the MIT Laboratory for Computational Physiology, focusing on ICU patients with frequent readmissions. It contains 1,102 discharge summaries and 1,000 nursing progress notes, totaling 2,102 records in all. Each record is annotated by at least two experts, namely a clinical researcher and a resident physician, covering 15 clinical patient phenotypes associated with readmission risk.
