资源简介:
The deposited data contain results obtained from Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and rheological measurements. The attached data are provided in the form of text and Excel files as well as source files typical for the respective software used. Each file is named using a consistent structure that reflects the measurement type and the specific sample or experimental condition. For example, files such as Rheo_data_1 and Rheo_data_2 refer to data collected from the same type of experiment (Rheological measurements in this case), but for different samples or experimental conditions. The numerical suffix distinguishes between these variations. The attached data were obtained using the following instruments: Morphological analysis of cryogenically fractured surfaces was conducted using a Scanning Electron Microscope (JEOL JSM-5500 LV, Tokyo, Japan). The rheological behavior of the materials was examined using a strain-controlled rotational rheometer (ARES LS2, TA Instruments). Steady-state shear measurements were executed to investigate the viscosity–elasticity dependencies of frequency. Samples were tested using cone-plate geometry with a cone angle of 0.1 rad and a gap distance of 0.046 mm. Disk-shaped samples with a diameter of 25 mm were cut out from extruded tapes and hot-pressed specimens. The frequency sweep tests were performed in the range from 0.1 to 400 rad·sec–1.
