Metabolomics data for Kamrad et al (2025) "Interspecies interactions drive proteome reorganization and emergent metabolism in gut bacteria"

This repository contains raw data, processed data and code used for analysis associated with Kamrad et al (2025) "Interspecies interactions drive proteome reorganization and emergent metabolism in gut bacteria". Data was acquired on an Agilent 1290 Infinity II liquid chromatography system coupled to an Agilent 6470B QQQ mass spectrometer operated in dMRM mode. Raw data files, MassHunter Quantitative Analysis batch files and csv exports are found within the individual zip files (one per analysis batch and method). The jupyter notebooks contain code used for analysis and to generate the figures in the manuscript. The file "20240509_metabolomicsData_long.csv" contains is a single compiled table of all data points.
