Institutions for the Mentally Deficient: Working Environment, II

The purpose of the survey is to describe the working environment of the day-and-night treatment institutions belonging under what used to be called the Care of the Mentally Deficient Department (Åndssvageforsorgen). Questionnaires were sent to the members of staff at these institutions (personnel questionnaires, see DDA-0508) as well as to the heads of each care unit, or ward (care unit questionnaires). #Specific problems dealt with in this survey are: the residents' functional level, resident and staff allocations and the physical framework of each care unit, or ward
