The expression of Trk-fused gene (TFG) was markedly increased in adipose tissues from ob/ob mice. To examine the function of TFG in adipocytes, we performed microarray analysis using the Affymetrics Clariom D Array, Mouse. TFG f/f and TFG f/f; Adipoq-ERT2Cre were intraperitoneally injected tamoxifen for 5 days and total RNA isolated from inguinal subcutaneous WAT was subjected to analysis 2 weeks later.
