Gene expression profiles of brain injury at single cell level from aged mice treated with or without microglial replacement

We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analysis the gene expression profile of myeloid cells of brain injury influenced by microglial replacement in aged mice. Neural cells and myeloid cells from perihematomal brain tissues of aged intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) mice treated with or without microglial replacement were analyzed by scRNA-seq.
