Single-nucleus RNA sequencing of gonadal adipose tissue from wild type and TM4SF19 KO mice fed with NCD or HFD.

Adipose tissue macrophages are known to play an important role in obesity-induced inflammation and metabolic diseases. As HFD feeding induces TM4SF19 expression in adipose tissue macrophages, we investigated the effects of TM4SF19 KO on HFD-induced obese mice. To unbiasedly examine cell-type specific effects of Tm4sf19 deficiency, we performed snRNA-sequencing on whole GWATs isolated from WT and TM4SF19 global KO mice fed with NCD or HFD for 12 weeks.
