We report the RNAseq nalysis of transcription in the brains of two mouse models for PWS. PWScr and and PWS-IC mice have overlapping and and distinct changes in gene expression and isoform usage. The increased number of changes seen in PWS-IC brain are enriched for genetic variants associated with psychotic illness. Overall design: Examination of whole brain at P0 in PWScr mice and their wildtype littermates, and PWS-IC mice and their littermates
