Genome-wide analysis of the role of FUS in nascent transcription. Mus musculus

FUS/TLS has been known to be components of fusion oncogenes that cause human cancers, and recent studies identified that mutations in these genes have been implicated in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). To analyze an effect of FUS on nascent transcription, we performed Nascent-seq analysis in FUS-knocked down N2A cells.
