The dataset consists of base station measurements including RSRP, RSRQ, and SINR metrics. A realistic commercial 7.2 O-RAN setup with 4 base stations was deployed, and users moved between these cells. The measurements capture around 2300 handover events, providing a comprehensive view of the network performance and user mobility within this setup.
