File "MPT_data.xml": Output from ImageJ TrackMate analysis of the displacement of 35 tracked mitochondria particles within a cell.

File "MSD_analyzer.m": MATLAB code to import and handle an XML MPT data file (line 1 -27), followed by @msdanalyzer code used to plot the tracks, as well process, calculate and plot the MSD of all the tracks for a particular cell (lines 28 to end).
