This folder contains the materials corresponding to Scenario B of the simulation study: the input files for the ten independent base populations of 1,000 animals each, the Python script used to run the simulations, and the summary output files generated for each of the ten closed subpopulations. This scenario represents a metapopulation structure composed of ten isolated nuclei with no migration between herds, under the common simulation settings described in the manuscript.
