资源简介:
Ribonucleic acid sequencing was carried out on amygdalar tissue of C57/BL6 mice exposed to three behavior tests. Bioinformatics unbiasedly linked gene expression patterns to behavior styles. Gene ontology pathway analyses identified known features of anxiety, as well as non-obvious findings We integrated mouse behavior testing with transcriptional features of the amygdala (known as the “alarm center of the brain”) in order to stratify mice into "anxiety" groups by mathematical inference.
