RNA-seq analysis of the response to draught stress in Sophora alopecuroides leaves

Drought is one of the most important abiotic stresses that seriously affects the survival, growth and distribution of plants. Sophora alopecuroides is a perennial herb with important medicinal value. S. alopecuroides have strong drought tolerance and play an important role in the desert environment. In order to delve into the molecular mechanism underlying the drought tolerance. De novo transcriptome analysis of the response to drought stress in the leaves of S. alopecuroides were performed using RNA-Seq technique. Our work provided important data to understand the plant response to the drought stress in S. alopecuroides.
