RNA-seq of human multiple myeloma (MM) cell line with TXN knockdown

This study investigates the role of thioredoxin (TXN) in multiple myeloma (MM) using the RPMI-8226 cell line. RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed to characterize transcriptomic changes following TXN knockdown. The dataset includes three biological replicates of RPMI-8226 cells transfected with either siRNA targeting TXN (knockdown group) or a non-targeting negative control siRNA (control group). This data will enable the identification of differentially expressed genes and signaling pathways regulated by TXN in MM, offering insights into its potential as a therapeutic target.
