Microbial community succession in wastewater samples under bioaugmentation with a synthetic consortium

This project investigates the dynamic response of microbial communities in wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) samples during the degradation of BDE-47. By inoculating a specialized synthetic microbial consortium, we characterized the temporal succession of the microbiota at days 0, 2, and 4 to evaluate the efficiency and community stability of the bioaugmentation process.
