We used microarray analysis to profile the function of TCF7L1 in human embryonic stem cells. Overall design: To identify putative TCF7L1 target genes in human embryonic stem cells, we performed a gain-of-function over-expression experiment in the transgenic H9-TCF7L1 human embryonic stem cell line.
