We report the transcriptomic information of wild type (Lab-WT) A.baumannii 98-37-09 and A1S_3277 transposon mutant during the growth in human serum with 0.15 µg/mL levofloxacin Overall design: Examination of A.baumannii 98-37-09 and A1S_3277 transposon mutant grown in human serum and treated with 0.15 µg/mL levofloxacin until mid-exponential phase. Samples were performed in duplicate. Total RNA was isolated from both samples, sequenced using NovaSeq and differential gene analysis conducted to investigate the role of A1S_3277 (YhaK).
