Our previous study showed that ZCCHC10 plays a tumor suppressive role in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and lung cancer by activating the tumor suppressor p53. In the study, we aimed to investigate the role of ZCCHC10 overexpression on alternative splicing in AML cells.
