"The current study presents a comprehensive dataset on the adoption of Green Lean Six Sigma (GLSS) and Industry 4.0 (I4.0) practices among ceramic small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Rajasthan, India. Data were collected from 250 participants representing supervisors, engineers, managers, and operational staff. The survey instrument was designed around twelve latent variables\u2014Strategic Integration (SI), Leadership Commitment (LC), Employee Competence & Engagement (EC), Process Digitalization (PD), Resource & Waste Management (RWM), Financial & ROI Perspective (FR), Supplier & Value-Chain Collaboration (SC), Operational Complexity & Flexibility (OC), Organizational Culture (CU), Performance Measurement & Reporting (PM), Knowledge Sharing & Communication (KC), and Regulatory & Market Pressure (RM). Each construct was operationalized through 4\u20135 observed variables rated on a five-point Likert scale, yielding 59 items in total. The dataset captures how ceramic SMEs align sustainability goals with long-term strategies, deploy digital tools to support lean-green initiatives, and nurture leadership support for continuous improvement. It reflects the level of employee readiness for data-driven sustainability, the maturity of digital processes, and the robustness of resource and waste management practices. Financial assessment of GLSS, collaboration with suppliers, and responses to operational challenges were also documented. Cultural aspects, knowledge dissemination, and the influence of external regulations and market dynamics were explored to build a holistic understanding of GLSS\u2013I4.0 integration.Data collection followed a structured questionnaire distributed both online and in person. Responses were screened for completeness and encoded to facilitate statistical analysis and structural equation modelling (SEM). The dataset enables researchers to examine measurement reliability, test causal relationships among constructs, and develop predictive models for sustainable manufacturing in emerging economies. Practitioners may use these insights to benchmark their progress, while policymakers can identify levers for encouraging digital\u2013lean\u2013green transformations in resource-intensive industries. By offering an extensive set of variables with consistent coding, this dataset supports replication studies, cross-industry comparisons, and longitudinal analyses. It provides a valuable foundation for exploring how operational excellence, environmental stewardship, and smart technologies interact in SME contexts."
