The transcriptome of IPEC-J2 cells transfected with siRNA

In general, the biological function of lncRNAs is inextricably linked to their subcellular localization, function mechanisms of cytoplasmic lncRNAs through of post-transcriptional regulation, including indirectly regulating the expression of target genes as a source of miRNA, miRNA sponges, or directly binding mRNA as well as act as protein scaffolds. Therefore RNA-seq was performed to identify whether lncRNA446 directly affects the mRNA expression of TJs genes involved in the maintenance of TJs.
