As oil contamination of soils becomes more serious, the response of soil habitats to oil has been the focus of increasing attention. However, little attention has been paid to the collembola as the dominant taxon in the soil. Therefore, we investigated the response of collembola gut bacteria to oil pollution using high-throughput sequencing.
