Supplementary data of the publication "Rewetting effects on nitrogen cycling and nutrient export from coastal peatlands to the Baltic Sea"

This directory contains the data and locations of the sampling that was conducted in two coastal peatlands at the northeastern German coast (Baltic Sea). It contains measurements of physical and biogeochemical variables that have been measured over appr. 1.5 years (water temperature, salinity, oxygen, pH, nutrient concentrations, particulate organic matter (C and N) concentrations and isotopes, nitrous oxide concentrations, nitrification rates, chlorophyll-a concentrations).
