Low-cost, syringe based ion-selective electrodes for the evaluation of potassium in food products and pharmaceuticals

These data include results from multivariate analysis obtain from constructed an electronic tongue based on the low-cost syringe electrodes, used to quantify potassium in a wide range of food products, and pharmaceutical supplements.Data also show response characteristics of the single ISEs included in the sensor arrays.
