爱佳梯全国物联网终端采集的电梯运行数据, 近6万设备,每日生成1条数据. 其中包括电梯运行次数、运行时间、开关门、异常等多种数据。
可根据此数据判断电梯的大致运行情况，并根据运行频次计算，预估电梯使用频率、日夜使用频次、人流情况、电梯养护、电梯故障等多种情况爱佳梯的电梯数据不介入电梯系统、通过多轴加速度计，利用小波变换傅里叶变换滤波后，求得的速度、加速度与加加速度三项，并通过算法建立楼层基础建模，从而识别电梯运行、开关门、以及根据采样建立的模型识别库，识别的电梯故障事件如：急停、困人、检修运行等。从而得到的电梯统计数据。
其中、上下行次数、运行米数、运行楼层数、上下行秒数、开关门次数是通过前置算法获得的运行数据，可用于判断电梯运行的频率，电梯使用状况。日间运行、夜间运行、平均运行秒数是以时间维度建立的运行统计数据，其中平均运行秒数是以上下行总运行时间除以上下行总次数所得，可用于判断电梯使用情况并为电梯制作画像设置标签。急停次数、自救运行次数、检修运行次数、长时间不关门次数，则是通过建立且不断完善的电梯运行模式识别库所识别的电梯运行健康状况数据，可用于为电梯维保、预测性维护、设备健康度作为依据。

The elevator operation data collected by Aijiate's national IoT terminals covers nearly 60,000 devices, with one data record generated per device daily. The dataset includes multiple types of metrics such as elevator operation trips, total operation duration, door opening/closing events, and abnormal operation records.

Based on this data, the overall operation status of elevators can be evaluated, and indicators including approximate usage frequency, day/night operation frequencies, passenger flow conditions, required maintenance, and potential failures can be estimated via operation frequency calculations. Different from systems that directly interface with elevator control systems, Aijiate's data is derived from multi-axis accelerometers: after filtering via wavelet transform and Fourier transform, three key kinetic parameters—velocity, acceleration, and jerk—are calculated. Combined with floor base modeling established through algorithms and a pre-trained elevator operation recognition model library built from sampling data, the system identifies elevator movement, door opening/closing actions, and fault events including emergency stops, trapped passenger situations, and maintenance-mode operation, thereby generating comprehensive elevator statistical data.

Specifically, metrics such as up/down trips, total operation distance (in meters), number of floors traveled, up/down operation duration (in seconds), and door opening/closing times are obtained via pre-processing algorithms, which can be used to judge elevator operation frequency and usage status. Daytime and nighttime operation metrics, as well as average trip operation duration (calculated as total up/down operation time divided by total up/down trips), are operation statistics built based on time dimensions. These metrics can be used to assess elevator usage conditions and create profile tags for individual elevators. Additionally, metrics including emergency stop times, self-rescue operation times, maintenance-mode operation times, and times of prolonged door opening without closing are derived from the continuously optimized elevator operation pattern recognition model library, reflecting the health status of elevator operation. These metrics serve as the basis for elevator routine maintenance, predictive maintenance, and equipment health evaluation.
