RNA-Sequencing results of the human Gallbladder cancer (GBC) and adjacent tumor tissues (AT)

Here we report gene expression profiles of human gallbladder cancer (GC) and adjacent tumor (AT) tissues. This study revealed genes with significant changes in gallbladder cancer tissue, providing a basis for exploring the malignant progression of gallbladder cancer. Overall design: Profiling of 7 GBC and 5 paired AT tissues were performed using RNA-seq. Total RNA was isolated using TRIzol reagent according to the manufacturer's protocol. RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols. Sequencing was performed in paired end reads using NovaSeq 6000 platform (Illumina).
