Application of a Neural Network Classifier to Radiofrequency-Based Osteopenia/Osteoporosis Screening

This data accompanies a paper of the same title, <i>Application of a Neural Network Classifier to Radiofrequency-Based Osteopenia/Osteoporosis Screening</i>. This data set includes the subjects' de-identified data from the study. The overall results of the study showed the ability of a neural network to differentiate between osteoporotic and healthy subjects was up to 95% specificity and 76% sensitivity.The CSV files are the output of the network analyzer, the MAT files are the same data after de-imbedding. Subject metadata is stored in list.mat (no identifying information is included).
