This dataset contains optimized hyperparameter configurations for the specialized software Kamido, which governs a parallel gripper manipulator to execute grasping tasks for various objects. Additionally, the dataset includes performance metrics of the optimized parameters, namely the median convergence score and the number of iterations required for convergence. This dataset was evaluated on five distinct objects, with multiple repeated trials performed for each: 6, 6, 12, 3, and 12 repetitions for objects A, B, C1, C2, and D, respectively. The core research task targeted by this dataset is hyperparameter optimization for robotic grasping.
